The Vedic kalash is an important feature of a Maharishi Sthapatya Veda building.
The kalash is a perfect structure with precise measurements and proporions and forms an integral part of the overall height measurements of a building. The kalash, the pot of Soma or nectar, should be placed as a crowning ornament on the top of the roof or in other specified positions in accordance with the final Maharishi Sthapatya Veda elevation plan for your building.
The kalash is often referred to as the connection between heaven and earth.
Kalashes are available in Australia in 2 colours - a standard soft gold green colour known as Colorbond Gold and a bright gold colour which is 24ct gold leaf gilded over the standard kalash.
The kalash is made by the rotational moulding process in sturdy non-toxic inert polyethelene. Diagrams are available to assist with mounting the kalash on various types and shapes of roofs.
